Growing Through Grief

Helping You Through Rough Waters

People say you have to let go and move on in your life after a loss, but they don’t tell you what you need to do to accomplish that.

So many of the things that people say to us are not helpful:  “don’t feel bad”,”  “you can get another dog/cat/horse/husband,” “it just takes time.” Working one on one each week (or every other week depending on your schedule and need) you will complete a series of small action steps, such as looking at our beliefs and dismissing myths that do not work.  In taking these actions you will be able to complete the pain caused by a loss and be able to move forward. Recovery from loss is accomplished by discovering and completing all of the undelivered communications that accrue in relationships.  Most of us would “let go” or “move on” after a loss if we knew how to do that!

Don’t wait any longer.

Time alone will not heal your broken heart.
