Think more clearly and make smarter decisions under stress
Program Length: 6 hours (may be delivered in 2 – three hour sessions, or 3 – two hour sessions)
What is it that makes the difference in why and how we relate to other people? Learn how personality is that “automatic pilot” in each of us that creates a bridge to understanding. Personality represents our attitudes, beliefs, thoughts, emotional reactions and coping mechanisms. Based on the work of Carol Ritberger, PhD., learn what color you are – Red, Orange, Yellow, or Green. Use this information to enhance your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, and create stronger communication in your professional life. Understand your own strengths and the strengths of your co-workers and experience less stress in the workplace.
Program Objectives
Greater understanding of neurological qualities that drive how we gather information and make decisions
Increase communication skills with those who gather and make decisions differently
Understand how we are different and increase tolerance for differences
What is it that connects us to our creativity, to our inexhaustible imagination where problems are solved from a place of newness rather than “the same old way?” Learn how to bring “self” to work in a new way and address the fragmented self that may occur as a result of the stresses of work. Scientifically validated research shows the link between emotions, heart-brain communication and cognitive function; now learn the benefit of using the “heartmind” that provides generative processes and expansive thinking.
Program Objectives
Recognize the heart’s role in your satisfaction at work
Become aware of the value of emotion
Answer the question for yourself “how do the head and heart work together?”
Create a bridge to hear the messages of thought and emotion more clearly
Let stress roll off your back - don't just manage it!
Program Description
In these times of unrest and “ruffled feathers” it is necessary to have techniques and practices to remain calm and cool on the surface while still “paddling like heck” to complete work tasks and assignments. Workshops are tailored to provide participants with experience of practical stress management skills as well as knowledge of physiological and psychological effects of stress. Participants will learn how attitude, beliefs, and habits create the weather around them and learn techniques to create opportunity to make a different choice.
Program Objectives
Learn practical coping skills for stress management
The goal of EnergyM in training and facilitation is to have participants transcend the ordinary, business as usual paradigm, to ask the question "what's possible if we facilitate and capitalize on bringing each other's strengths forward?" Her mission in the workplace is to redefine thinking, providing for the integration of the wisdom of the heart with the intelligence of the head to solve old problems in a new way.

Everybody Somebody Anybody and Nobody
Program Description
How often do we find ourselves in a situation where we are blaming “somebody” for not doing something that “everybody” could have done but “nobody” did? Take a lighthearted approach to seeing how negative emotions are created as a result of miscommunication and unmet expectations. What is there to understand about expectations that go unmet? Learn to appreciate your own ability to create positive emotions in the workplace by being self-responsible and creating a culture that values accountability as the norm.
Program Objectives
Recognize the distinction of being a “leader” no matter what your job title
Distinguish one way to use the Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, Nobody script for teamwork in your workplace
Learn what all employees want in the workplace and strategize ways to provide for these needs
